I feel it is very important to help small businesses grow and that is what YOU and the Tumwater Chamber are doing. Emerging Entrepreneurs is forming NOW!!!
What is it?
Emerging Entrepreneurs’ mission is to help its participants be wildly successful with their new businesses. Emerging Entrepreneurs is a group of 10 new business owners interested in raising the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, confidentiality, respect and compassion. At each meeting your peers will give you feedback, help you brainstorm new ideas, face challenges, and set up accountability structures to keep you focused and on track!
This is not a leads group. While participation in this group will certainly expand your network, its purpose is not to generate leads. The purpose for this group is to be a sounding board for self-employed people, so they can achieve success in their business life.
The group will meet at noon on the last Thursday of each month, at a location yet to be determined. The first meeting will be February 26, 2009.
Who can join?
Emerging Entrepreneurs participants are individuals of any age who have owned their business for less than 5 years. Our vision is that Emerging Entrepreneurs be comprised of professional service providers such as (but not limited to) coaches, business consultants, CPAs in private practice, lawyers in private practice, IT consulting, etc.
What is the cost?
A small fee will be charged for administrative management of the group, meeting space and printed materials.
How do I get involved?
